Amidst the buzz around the issuance of new ration cards in Telangana from December 28, a state government official clarified that an income certificate is not necessary to get a ration card. According to a video statement by Asif nagar mandals Naib Tahasildar Srinivastava, income certificate will not be required to apply for a new ration card.
