India got its 29th state on Monday, as Telangana came into official existence with the swearing-in of a new government headed by CM K Chandrasekhara Rao. Also, Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan was sworn in as the Governor of Telangana. Notably, Hyderabad will be the joint capital of Telangana and residuary Andhra Pradesh for 10 years.
