Telangana lecturer kills student for befriending another man

A 20-year-old engineering student, Thandra Akshitarani, who was thought to have died by suicide in Telangana, was murdered by her ex-lecturer. Police revealed her former lecturer, Jetti Naveen Kumar, intercepted her, forced her to write a suicide note accusing another man and compelled her to consume pesticide 'out of jealousy'. He was arrested following CCTV footage and call record analysis.
