The Special Court for MPs/MLAs in Hyderabad has acquitted Telangana MLA T Raja Singh in a case registered against him over remarks concerning Prophet Muhammad. The case was filed in 2022 at the Mangalhat police station under Sections 153A(a)(b), 295A, 504, 505(2) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
