The 378-page report submitted by National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA) to Telangana government on Kaleshwaram project stated that there were flaws with construction of the project. It highlighted issues with re-designing and relocation of project site. The eight-member committee of NDSA, said seventh block of Medigadda barrage suffered irreversible damages due to sinking of piers from 16 to 21.
