Telangana's power demand grew by 9.8 per cent during this year, officials said on Friday. The power demand in the state reached a record high of 17,162 MW this year, an increase of 9.8 per cent over the last year, officials revealed during a review meeting on the energy sector presided over by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
