Telecom companies' average revenue per user (ARPU) in India is projected to reach ₹225 by FY26, the highest in a decade, due to tariff hikes by major operators, according to a Crisil report. This gradual ARPU increase will enhance telecom companies' credit profiles by boosting profitability and reducing capital expenditure, driven by higher data usage from 5G services.
