Telegram's Russia-born CEO Pavel Durov has been arrested as he faces over 12 criminal charges, French prosecutors said. The arrest warrant accuses Durov of allowing Telegram be used for illegal activities, including money laundering, drug trafficking and distribution of child pornography. The warrant also accuses Telegram of refusing to cooperate with law enforcement in its investigation.
