Telegram down for thousands of users across India

Telegram faced an outage in parts of India and Asia on Tuesday, with users reporting issues accessing the app, sending messages and logging in. In India, outage reports began around 7:58 am and peaked at 1,012 by 8:05 am, before easing. Reports rose again around 11 am, with 57% citing app issues, 31% messaging problems and 9% login difficulties.
