Singapore sovereign wealth fund Temasek on Thursday sold its entire 5.42% stake in Policybazaar-parent PB Fintech for ₹2,425 crore through open market transactions. Temasek sold the shares at an average price of ₹992.80, about 0.41% less than PB Fintech's closing price of ₹996.90 on Thursday. Founded in 2008, PB Fintech reported its first-ever quarterly profit, worth ₹37.20 crore, on Tuesday.
