The management of Global Health Limited, which operates and manages Medanta hospitals, said Temasek will not exit the company as of now. Temasek currently holds a 19% stake in Global Health. Global Health's IPO will open for subscription on Thursday and the price band has been fixed at ₹319-₹336 per share. Carlyle is another shareholder, which holds around 20% stake.
