Australia's Queensland was hit by tennis ball-sized hailstones as storms lashed parts of Australia's east coast. Northern New South Wales has been warned to expect large hail, flash flooding and severe winds. "Some of these storms are fast-moving...so people should consider whether they need to be outside or on the road at the moment," the Bureau of Meteorology warned.
