Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) have allied with the help of Pakistan's spy agency ISI, several reports have claimed. A photograph shows ISKP's coordinator in Balochistan, Mir Shafiq Mengal, gifting a pistol to Rana Mohammad Ashfaq, a senior Lashkar-e-Taiba commander. According to intel assessments, the alliance was formed to expand ISKP's reach in Kashmir.
