A 19-year-old female Israeli soldier, who was killed in the Hamas attack, texted her family about being injured and a Hamas gunman closing in on her hideout. "I have a head injury, and a terrorist nearby might start shooting at me," Corporal Naama Boni wrote to her family. "I deeply care for all of you," she said in another text.
