Terrorists from Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba's (LeT) offshoot TRF, who killed at least 26 tourists in J&K's Pahalgam, are under direct control of LeT chief and 26/11 attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed, NDTV reported. The terrorists' module is also controlled by Saeed's deputy Saifullah and includes a majority of foreign terrorists. Both Saeed and Saifullah are believed to be operating from Pakistan.
