Terrorists behind Red Fort blast followed Al-Qaeda linked 'Lone Mujahid' pocket book: NIA

The accused in November 2025 blast outside Delhi's Red Fort followed the "Lone Mujahid Pocket Book/How To Become an Assassin" linked to Al-Qaeda in Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) among other extremist literature, as per NIA chargesheet. The manual provided guidance on terrorist operations including IEDs, which was used. Mastermind Umar Un Nabi activated the vehicle-borne IED in a suicide bombing case.
