A Tesla Megapack battery fire at a PG&E facility in California is now fully under control, the Monterey County Sheriff's Office said. The shelter-in-place advisory issued to nearby residents and all road closures have been lifted. After detecting the issue, the firm said its safety systems automatically disconnected the battery storage facility from the electrical grid.
