A Tesla car was smashed after a Capitol Corridor train hit it on the tracks in Santa Clara on Wednesday morning. Some reports said that at least one person was injured inside the vehicle in the 600 block of Martin Avenue. Train 527 was stopped west of Santa Clara after the incident.
