Tesla Co-founder and CEO Elon Musk in an interview said that he may buy General Motors plants in North America if they're "going to sell a plant or not use it". This comes after General Motors in November announced it may shut down seven plants worldwide. Tesla had previously bought its California plant for $42 million in 2010.
