Tesla hasn't done enough to protect against drivers misusing its Autopilot system, former US national highway safety adviser Mary Cummings said at a trial over the 2019 crash case. The case involves the Tesla Model S that killed a pedestrian when the car was in Autopilot mode. The firm had problems with drivers ignoring computer-generated warnings, Cummings added.
