Tesla CEO Elon Musk has revealed the automaker has a design for a submarine car like the Lotus Esprit featured in the James Bond film 'The Spy Who Loved Me'. The billionaire said it was technically possible to have a submarine car adding the market for it would be "small" but "enthusiastic". Tesla might make one as a show car.
