Tesla and Hertz are negotiating over how quickly Hertz will receive deliveries from an order of one lakh Tesla cars for its rental fleet, The Wall Street Journal reported. Earlier this month, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that his firm had not signed a contract with Hertz. In response to Musk's comments, Hertz said Teslas' deliveries had already started.
