A US judge has rejected Tesla's bid to send a lawsuit alleging widespread sexual harassment at the company's California plant to private arbitration. As per plaintiff Jessica Barraza, workers and supervisors at the plant routinely made lewd comments and gestures to female employees and Tesla failed to address complaints. At least six similar cases are pending in California state court.
