A Tesla Model 3 on 'Autopilot' crashed into a parked police car that had stopped to assist a broken-down car on a US highway. The driver, charged with reckless driving, said he put the Tesla on Autopilot to check on his dog in the backseat. It also collided with the disabled vehicle after crashing into the police car's rear end.
