Tesla has recalled more than 20 lakh cars in the US after the US regulator found its driver assistance system, Autopilot, was partly defective. This comes after a two-year investigation into Tesla vehicle crashes, which happened when Autopilot was in use. The recall applies to almost every Tesla vehicle sold in US since Autopilot feature was launched in 2015.
