Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick again rejected Tesla's 2018 CEO pay package for Elon Musk, which consists of stock options which were worth $56 billion when plan was approved. McCormick had rejected the package, now worth $101.5 billion, in January, calling its approval process "deeply flawed". She's also ordered Musk to pay $345 million to attorneys who sued him over the package.
