Billionaire Elon Musk-led Tesla has sued Indian battery maker Tesla Power India for infringing trademark by using its brand name. Tesla has accused the Indian company of continued advertising despite a cease-and-desist notice sent in 2022. Meanwhile, Tesla Power India said it has no intention of making electric vehicles and has never claimed to be related to Musk's Tesla.
