Elon Musk-led electric carmaker Tesla has told workers it will temporarily halt production at the Model 3 line in its plant in California, reported Bloomberg. Workers have reportedly been told that the line would be down from February 22 to March 7. Last month, Tesla said it’s trying to mitigate the effects of a global semiconductor shortage on its operations.
