Tesla is set to open its first India showroom in Mumbai’s BKC, leasing a 4,000 sq. ft. space for ₹35 lakh per month according to reports. Sales are expected to begin in April 2025, with a Delhi showroom in the pipeline reportedly. Initially, Tesla will import EVs from Berlin, leveraging India’s new reduced import duty policy to enter the market.
