Tesla will launch its first mass-market electric vehicle, the Model 3, in an event at Hawthorne, California on March 31 this year. Expected to launch in 2017, the Tesla Model 3 will reportedly be priced around $35,000. The new car is likely to be 20% smaller than Model S with a range of 200 miles or more in single charge.
