A US federal jury has reduced Tesla's penalty in a racial harassment lawsuit by a Black ex-contract worker from $15 million to $3.2 million. Initially, a court had told Tesla to pay the worker $137 million, one of the highest amounts awarded to an individual suing over discrimination. The worker had declined the reduced $15 million award.
