A driver involved in an eight-vehicle crash in US last month told police his Tesla's Full-Self Driving (FSD) mode malfunctioned and led to the incident, as per a police report made public on Wednesday. The report said the vehicle made an unsafe lane change and slowed down. Police couldn't confirm if FSD was active at the time of the incident.
