Texmaco Rail and Engineering Limited has entered a strategic joint venture with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, holding a 49% stake. The joint venture will focus on next-generation rolling stock, lifecycle services and large EPC rail projects in India and overseas. It aims to enhance scale, technology capabilities and global competitiveness.
