Surat-based sustainable textile startup Canvaloop has raised ₹13.3 crore in a funding round led by GVFL, a Gujarat-based venture capital firm. GVFL invested ₹10 crore, while Mumbai-based Rockstud Capital infused ₹3.3 crore. The startup will utilise the fresh capital to increase production capacity from 30 tonnes to 300 tonnes per month and to undertake R&D on regenerative cellulose.
