A sessions court in Mumbai has observed that sending messages like "you are slim, look very smart and fair, I like you" to an unknown woman at night amounts to obscenity while upholding the conviction of a man. The man is accused of sending obscene messages to a former corporator. No married women who're "reputed" would tolerate this, court added.
