Telangana Congress MLAs Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu and Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday approached the High Court to​ ask State Assembly Speaker to not merge Congress Legislature​ Party with Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). They asked the Speaker to first dispose of Congress' petitions for disqualification of defectors. Ten Congress MLAs have defected into TRS in last two months.
