The Telangana police have filed a case against a German man under the Foreigners Act for participating in a public meeting held by CPI (ML) New Democracy in the state. "It's against the law for foreign nationals to partake in such meetings...We will arrest him soon," a police official said. The meeting was hosted by the party's candidate Gummadi Narsaiah.
