The Tourism Authority of Thailand is expecting around 13,200 tourists from India during the New Year holiday period. It is also expecting around 3.75 lakh international tourist arrivals during the same duration, a 5% increase when compared to the previous year. Further, it expects to generate tourism revenue of THB 55.5 billion, a 12% increase when compared to 2015.
