Thailand's Health Ministry gave out prenatal vitamin pills to couples along with leaflets explaining how to be healthy in order to conceive on Valentine's Day in a campaign to boost the country's declining birth rate. Thailand's birth rate has fallen from six children per woman in 1960 to 1.5 per woman in 2015, according to World Bank figures.
