Thailand may introduce foreign visitor fee soon

Thailand is planning to launch its Thai Travel Thai Plus domestic tourism subsidy in September, along with a foreign visitor fee. These funds will help with tourism-site development, visitor protection and environmental restoration. Not just that, but the money will also help enhance visitor safety. However, the implementation date has not yet been announced by the authorities.
