Thailand's market regulator has said the country will be banning digital assets from being used to pay for goods and services from April 1. Digital asset business operators providing such services will have to comply with the new rules within 30 days from the effective date. The Bank of Thailand had previously raised concerns around cryptocurrencies as payments.
