Congress leader Rahul Gandhi thanked PM Narendra Modi after he visited landslide-affected areas of Kerala's Wayanad. Rahul said, "Thank you, Modi ji, for visiting Wayanad to personally take stock of the terrible tragedy. This is a good decision." He added, "I'm confident that once the Prime Minister sees the extent of the devastation firsthand, he'll declare it a national disaster."
