The Delhi Police has charged Congress leader Shashi Tharoor with abetment to suicide and cruelty over his wife Sunanda Pushkar's death in 2014. Pushkar had been found dead under mysterious circumstances in a luxury hotel room in Delhi. Earlier, the police had been investigating if Sunanda's death was suicide or murder.
