The alliance is ready to counter Russia's hybrid attacks: NATO chief

NATO Chief Mark Rutte has said that the alliance is "ready" to counter Russian hybrid attacks. "Russia is doing more and more when it comes to the cyber etc domain...[But] We've all these response options in place...to make sure that we stay strong," Rutte said. This comes amid intelligence that Russia would likely carry out more hybrid attacks against West.
