Slums like Liyari and Dharavi are used as "Lion's Dens" because their architecture protects criminals. The lanes are only 2 to 2.5 feet wide, meaning police must enter in a single-file line, making them easy targets. These areas are used to store RPGs, LMGs, drugs, and fake currency. Satellites and systems cannot see inside or control these areas.
