After Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi claimed that an individual named Aditya Srivastava was a registered voter not just in Karnataka, but also in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, Election Commission dismissed the allegation. "The name of Aditya Srivastava, which was alleged to be in three different states, was rectified months ago," it said.
