Donald Cripps, from the United States, was recognised as the world's oldest BASE jumper by the Guinness World Records when he was aged 84 years and 37 days. He parachuted off the 267-metre-high New River Gorge Bridge near the town of Fayetteville in West Virginia, USA on October 19, 2013.
