Haryanas Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij said that the pain of Partition should not be felt only by the affected families and individuals, but by all 1.4 billion people of the country, because India's partition was carried out on the basis of religion. Vij was responding to questions asked by the media regarding how Partition took place.
