The public will write my report card: IAS officer after apologising for waterlogging in Delhi

NDMC chief and IAS officer Manoj Dwivedi apologised for waterlogging in NDMC area. Subsequently, an X user told him in jest that he shouldn't apologise, as people's expectations will increase. Dwivedi replied, "Meri report card to public hi likhegi (public will write my report card)...so their expectations have to set the benchmark." Some X users appreciated his gesture of apologising.
