After Bombay High Court quashed charges against the last four remaining accused in Malegaon blast case, the father of one of the blast victims said, “If nobody caused the blasts, how did he and the 30 others die...How is it that the culprits of such a big incident have not been brought to book, even after 20 years?” he said.
